At The BLVD!, we want every guest to enjoy a safe, comfortable and family-friendly experience.

The following Guest Entrance & Conduct Policies apply at all times. Additional or enhanced entrance and security measures may be implemented on Fridays and Saturdays after 8:00 PM, during special events, holidays, periods of high attendance, or whenever reasonably necessary for safety and security.

Guest Conduct

We expect all guests to treat other guests, our team members and our property with respect.

The following behavior is not permitted:

• Fighting, physical aggression or threats
• Harassment, intimidation or threatening behavior
• Disorderly, disruptive, unsafe or illegal conduct
• Theft or intentional damage to property
• Blocking entrances, exits or walkways
• Entering restricted or employee-only areas
• Refusing to follow posted policies or reasonable instructions from management or security
• Any conduct that creates a reasonable safety or security concern

Weapons & Dangerous Items

Weapons and dangerous items are prohibited, including firearms, ammunition, knives, explosives, fireworks, and other items that may reasonably pose a threat to guest or employee safety.

Dress & Appearance

Appropriate attire is required at all times.

Attire may not be permitted if it:

• Exposes undergarments or private areas
• Contains explicit threats, obscene language or imagery
• Displays graphic depictions promoting violence
• Contains highly offensive material
• Creates an immediate safety concern

Shirts and shoes are required.

Face coverings primarily intended to conceal identity may be restricted, subject to medical, religious or other legally required accommodations.

Security Screening

Guests and permitted bags or personal items may be subject to security screening as a condition of entry.

Bags may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Oversized backpacks, duffel bags, luggage and other large bags are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for medical, childcare, accessibility or other appropriate needs. All permitted bags and personal items may be subject to security screening.

Refusal to participate in required security screening may result in denied admission.

Weekend Chaperone Policy

Fridays and Saturdays beginning at 8:00 PM:

Guests 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult 21 years of age or older.

Guests age 16 and older may be required to show valid government-issued photo identification to verify age.

Chaperones must remain on the property, be reachable by phone and are responsible for the supervision and conduct of minors in their group.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of cakes, cupcakes, or similar baked goods/pastries. Exceptions may also be made when required for an appropriate medical or other legally required accommodation.

Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

Policy Violations

Violations of these policies may result in:

Denied Admission • Removal • No Same-Day Re-Entry • Law Enforcement Involvement • Future Denial of Entry

The BLVD! reserves the right to refuse service or admission, subject to applicable law.

The BLVD! reserves the right to modify entrance, security and guest policies at any time based on operational, safety, seasonal or special-event needs.

The BLVD! is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unattended personal property.
