Guest Code of Conduct

The BLVD! is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests and team members. We ask everyone visiting The BLVD! to behave respectfully and responsibly and to follow all posted rules and instructions from our team and security personnel.
The BLVD! reserves the right to update or modify these policies when reasonably necessary for the safety, security and operation of our facility.
Fighting, threats, intimidation, harassment, weapons and other dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.
Guest Conduct
The following conduct is not permitted anywhere on The BLVD! property:
- Fighting, physical aggression or attempting to engage in a fight
- Threatening, intimidating or harassing behavior
- Verbal threats or conduct that creates a reasonable concern for the safety of others
- Disorderly, disruptive or unsafe behavior
- Theft, vandalism or intentional damage to property
- Illegal activity
- Throwing objects or intentionally creating unsafe conditions
- Blocking entrances, exits, walkways or emergency access
- Entering employee-only or restricted areas without authorization
- Behavior that interferes with another guest’s experience or The BLVD!’s operations
- Refusing to follow posted policies or reasonable instructions from The BLVD! management, team members or security personnel
- Any other conduct management reasonably determines creates a significant safety or security concern
Weekend Chaperone Policy
Fridays and Saturdays beginning at 8:00 PM:
Guests 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult 21 years of age or older.
Guests age 16 and older may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification to verify their age. Guests who are unable to verify their age may be required to enter with a qualifying chaperone.
A chaperone must:
- Enter The BLVD! with the minor guest(s)
- Remain on The BLVD! property for the duration of the minors’ visit
- Have a working phone and remain readily reachable
- Respond to management or security when requested
- Be responsible for the supervision and conduct of the minors in their group
One chaperone may supervise up to six unrelated guests age 15 and younger.
If a chaperone leaves the property, cannot be reached, fails to provide appropriate supervision or refuses to respond to management/security, The BLVD! may require the minor guests and/or associated group to leave.
Management may implement the chaperone policy earlier or at additional times when warranted by special events, holidays, expected attendance or other operational or safety considerations.
Security Screening
The BLVD! may conduct reasonable security screening as a condition of entry.
Guests and permitted bags or other items may be subject to security screening in accordance with venue procedures. Guests who refuse required screening may be denied admission.
Large backpacks, duffel bags and oversized bags may not be permitted. Exceptions may be made for medical, childcare, accessibility or other appropriate needs.
For everyone’s safety, please do not leave bags or personal belongings unattended.
Weapons & Dangerous Items
Weapons and dangerous items are prohibited on The BLVD! property, including:
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Knives
- Explosives or fireworks
- Weapons of any kind
- Objects intended or used as weapons
- Other items determined by management or security to present an immediate safety threat
Outside Food, Beverages & Alcohol
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically authorized by The BLVD! or required for an approved medical or dietary accommodation.
Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
Guests may not bring alcohol onto the property or remove alcoholic beverages from designated areas except as permitted by law and The BLVD! policy.
Dress & Appearance
Appropriate attire is required.
Clothing, accessories, tattoos or other visible displays containing explicit threats, obscene material, graphic depictions promoting violence, or other highly offensive content may not be permitted.
Face coverings primarily intended to conceal a person’s identity may be restricted, subject to medical, religious and other legally required accommodations.
Shoes and shirts are required.
Removal & Re-Entry
Guests who violate The BLVD!’s policies may be denied admission, asked to leave, removed from the property, denied same-day re-entry, prohibited from future entry and/or referred to law enforcement, depending on the nature and severity of the conduct.
Guests removed for serious misconduct will not be permitted to re-enter the facility that day.
When reasonably necessary to restore safety and prevent continued conflict, management may also require members of an associated group to leave.
The BLVD! reserves the right to refuse admission or require a guest to leave when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security and orderly operation of the facility, subject to applicable law.
Alcohol & Intoxication
The BLVD! reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service in accordance with applicable law and responsible beverage-service practices.
Guests who are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, aggressive or creating a safety concern may be denied additional alcohol service and may be required to leave the property.
Parking Lot & Exterior Areas
The Guest Code of Conduct applies throughout The BLVD! property, including parking and exterior areas.
Loitering, fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, illegal activity and other unsafe or disruptive conduct are prohibited in these areas.
Guests who have been removed from the facility may not remain on the property or congregate near entrances or exits.
Help Us Keep The BLVD! Safe
If you see threatening, unsafe or suspicious behavior, please notify a BLVD! team member, manager or security officer immediately.
