  • Payment information: processed securely through PCI-compliant providers (such as Stripe and TripleSeat). We do not store full card numbers on our site.
  • Analytics and site usage: information about how visitors use our website, such as page views, device/browser type, and interaction patterns.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: data used to remember preferences, support security, measure site performance, and honor privacy choices.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, process bookings and payments, operate and secure our website, improve the guest experience, measure marketing performance, and comply with legal obligations.

BLVD! Sacramento does not sell your personal information for money. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), certain forms of sharing personal information with third-party advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing." You may opt out of such sharing at any time by:

  1. Using our Cookie Preferences tool and turning off "Marketing / Ads" cookies
  2. Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — we automatically honor GPC as an opt-out
  3. Emailing us at info@blvdsac.com with subject "CCPA Opt-Out Request"

Cookie Categories & Consent Mode

We use the following cookie categories and consent signals on this website:

  • Necessary cookies: support core site functions such as session continuity, load balancing, and form security.
  • Analytics cookies: Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page performance, navigation, and user experience so we can improve the site.
